Happy Valentine's Day

Here is another of the Valentine cards the brave soles who weathered the cold temperatures got to make Monday night.   I am having a hard time making a card without Gorgeous Grunge on it somewhere.  I think it has to be my new favorite stamp set.

It is very quiet around our house . . . we had to take our little dog Patches, who has been with our family for a little over 15 years, to his final visit with the vet. It is amazing how attached you can get to a little furry creature.

The temperature looks to be a little warmer today . . . Yeah!!  Hanna and I have plans to go to Iowa City and then I am coming back to get ready for stamp night here tonight.

Thanks for Being Mine

Check out the valentine card that everyone made last night that braved the cold temps to stamp last night. The idea came from the display boards at leadership.  I love the black, red, and white for valentines.  There is still time to least me know you are coming to the house Wednesday night to stamp.

Hello Spring…It Can't Come Soon Enough!!!!!

Hanna and I decided my stamp room needed a major cleaning and overhaul so we have been moving and rearranging stuff over the weekend.  As soon as I am done posting this I am off to Iowa City to buy a couple more storage containers so we can continue to work after she is done substitute teaching today.  I am hoping to have the majority of it done by tomorrow evening so I can get back to stamping!!

Leadership Swap

Leadership

It's been a while since my last blog post . . . I didn't realize just how long it had been.  After Christmas my time was spent getting ready to attend the Leadership conference in Houston, Texas.  With Hanna's help this is one of the things I made to take with me for my traveling companions.  These were made from the new wooden stamp cases and used either Sale-a-Bration or Occasions Catalog Designer Series Paper.  These cases make a great holder for many things including sets of cards.
