Today's card comes straight from my friend, Susie. She had one on her page just like this the other day and I fell in love with it! I knew it would be perfect for a Make-It-Monday!!
This card is so simple, and if you had to make a lot of thank you cards, it would be easy to make multiples. Change up the sentiment and it works for many occasions.

What a beautiful fall day!! I will take all of these we can get!! Not much on the agenda today other than a visit from a friend this morning and supper with a couple of friends this evening!! It doesn't get much better than that!!
