Can you imagine sailing across the ocean in a ship like this???  I guess if Christopher Columbus hadn't followed his dream.....none of us might be here today!!!!

Yesterday we had an awesome day touring the Columbus ship in Davenport.....they were much smaller than I had ever imagined!!!  This is the complete front end of the bigger ship.....and to think they had animals...horses included as well as the sailors.

We then headed up the river to LeClaire where we did some antiquing and had a great lunch.  Have you ever heard of tongue tacos??

No....I didn't eat them, but John said they were delicious!!!

Today's project is to clean out a kitchen closet that has needed it for years and to start planning what cards we will be making next Monday night at stamp class.
