Toile Christmas


I have heard a couple of versions  of the story behind seeing a cardinal and here they are . . . 

cardinal is a representative of a loved one who has passed. When you see one, it means they are visiting you. They usually show up when you most need them or miss them. They also make an appearance during times of celebration as well as despair to let you know they will always be with you.

Or


They represent the warmth, the life and energy. A cardinal may symbolize the fire of life that burns within our souls, even in the darkest and coldest times. It reminds us we need to stay strong and positive throughout difficult periods in our life, just as redbird endures the cold winter days


Which ever story you like . . . there is no denying that this cardinal stamp is absolutely awesome!!!




This is one of the cards that people are making at Peek Into Santa's Workshop tomorrow.  I know there is a lot of coloring on this card, but I love it!!

The cardstock is all cut and I just have a little die cutting left to do to be ready for tomorrow.  I need to go to the grocery store to get all of the makings for soup and dessert and then come home and set up all the tables.  Hopefully there are enough hours in the day!!
