Poinsettia Petals

Back in September I attended a virtual event called Holiday Hoopla organized by the Stampin' Sisters.  This beautiful poinsettia card was one of the cards we did as a make and take for that event.

This Red Velvet Paper is absolutely gorgeous in person and is so soft . . . . it looks like a real poinsettia.  I love the way the front flap comes to a point . . . although I have a feeling it might be kind of tricky to get all of the pieces cut so they layer just right . . . my kit came with all of the pieces pre-cut.

Stamps:
Cardstock: Whisper White Thick, Real Red, Garden Green,
Whisper White, Gold Foil, Red Velvet
Ink: Real Red
Accessories:  Poinsettia Dies, Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder,
Beaded Pearls, Mini Glue Dots,
Stampin' Dimensionals,

Yesterday's Rural Road Trip was so much fun, I am going again today.  It was a great way to get into the holiday spirit without being exposed to too many people or germs.  I found a great outdoor evergreen arrangement and the best part is that it was designed and made by a former student.  This afternoon will bring on the Hawkeye football game and chair crafting!!

Every day is a gift . . . make the most of the gift you have been given today!!

Happy Stamping!!
